youNEWB is DEAD

Despite my efforts to keep it alive, I had to let it go. It's was a bad experience, I got left to run the whole site by myself, and then I was never able to get the hosting fully in my name. When it comes down to it. I'm a little sad and a little glad to see it go. I had fun most of the time I was there and I met a ton of awesome people in writing for the site but I think we tried to push too hard.

In the end, I personally forgot what it was all about. The fucking games man. So when youNEWB tanked, I walked and decided to start up my own site from the ground up, the Gamer Collective. I thought of what I would want from a game site and I went from there.

So that's where I'll be for now.
