Xbox 2 in-game screenshot?

New ourcolony.net image and it appears to be an actual in-game screenshot. TeamXbox thinks this is from Kameo: Elements of Power which we know is being developed by Rare. To give more credence to this possibility, J. Allard was quoted in an IGN interview as saying - “Several months ago I gave a Xenon kit to a team at Rare. They had an Xbox game in development, and they converted it to Xenon in six weeks.” . The Ourcolony Gamem8ker also hints are there being a better reard for answering the latest challeneg.
