No Oblivion Expansion coming...
Despite this mis-leading screenshot... (doctored maybe?)
...there is no expansion set coming out soon for The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. That screenshot calls the expansion set titled Knights of the White Stallion but that is actually the name of a quest in the game. From Bethesda's Pete Hines:
So there could be one in development but if there was, it wouldn't be called Knights of the White Stallion.

Right now we have no announced plans for any new content, add-ons, or expansions. If that changes, we’ll let folks know
