Xbox 360 media remote control

Here is a pic of the Xbox DVD remote which looks like it'll controll a lot more than the DVD functionality. There's a Media Center button (green one towards bottom) and an eject/open tray type button (top left). I wonder if it will come with the Xbox 360 or cost $30.00. I'm guessing it'll be an extra charge.
