World of Warcraft expansion to cost $39.99?

According to EBGames it will. Am I wrong in thinking that is a bit pricey for just an expansion? Maybe it'll be more than an expansion or maybe Blizzard knows how many World of Warcrafters are going to pick it up regardless of the cost and figures they can charge this much without seeming too ridiculous? Hmmmm.
