Marvel vs DC on next-gen consoles

Coming from Comic-Con, it looks like Microsoft landed a deal with Marvel to allow Microsoft to produce a MMOG with characters from the Marvel universe. What's fun about this announcement (or what will be) is that Sony announced a similar deal with DC about a month ago which means that we'll see some Xbox 360 Marvel vs Playstation 3 and DC.
