Mass Effect Gameplay videos

I know they say these Mass Effect gameplay videos are all actual, in-game footage. I'm just wondering if they mean Sony Playstation-"These graphics will make you cry"-like in-game footage or actual Far Cry-like in-game footage. Hmmmmm. Looks like Mass Effect could be one of those games that justifies your purchasing an HDTV. Then again, Dead Rising would have been enough justification for me so maybe I'm not the best person to listen to here.
