Nintendo's Perrin Kaplan gets interviewed

I came across this interview of Nintendo's Perring Kaplan on Google Video today. It's a good look at how Nintendo is planning on marketing the Wii and how they plan to dominate. They're basically aiming to be all things to all people, sort of. Without HD support, they're not really catering to the hard core gamer as much as the other consoles are but that may not matter. I don't think it will, partly because I'm one of the many (but dwindling) who have not made the complete jump to HD just yet. Here's the video:
